¿Es este certificado legalmente válido en Irlanda?
Sí. El contenido está alineado con el Reglamento de Seguridad, Salud y Bienestar en el Trabajo (Aplicación General) 2007.
¿Cuánto tiempo se tarda en completar?
La mayoría de los usuarios completan el curso y el examen en menos de 2 horas.
¿Cuánto tiempo es válido el certificado?
3 años desde la fecha de emisión.
¿Qué pasa si no apruebo el examen?
Puedes repetirlo hasta 3 veces (incluido en la compra). Puedes volver a intentarlo inmediatamente después de un intento fallido.
¿Puedo obtener un reembolso?
Sí — reembolso completo si se solicita antes de acceder al contenido del examen.
¿Se requiere un componente presencial?
No. Es una formación de concienciación que puede completarse totalmente online.
Can my employer request a copy of my certificate?
Yes. Each certificate has a unique verification URL and QR code. You can share the link directly with your employer, or they can scan the QR code on your downloaded PDF.
Does my certificate cover all types of manual handling?
This certificate covers Manual Handling awareness training as required for general workplace settings. Specialist activities — such as patient handling in healthcare — require additional specialist training.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe's secure hosted checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported on compatible devices.
Is my personal data safe?
Yes. We use Clerk for secure authentication, Stripe for payments (we never see your card details), and Azure for storage — all enterprise-grade, GDPR-compliant services. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I do the course in multiple sittings?
Yes. Your progress is saved automatically. You can log out and return at any time — the course will resume where you left off.
Is the certificate accepted across all of Ireland?
The certificate is recognised throughout the Republic of Ireland. It is aligned with HSA guidance and the General Application Regulations 2007.
