Can my employer request a copy of my certificate?
Yes. Each certificate has a unique verification URL and QR code. You can share the link directly with your employer, or they can scan the QR code on your downloaded PDF.
Does my certificate cover all types of manual handling?
This certificate covers Manual Handling awareness training as required for general workplace settings. Specialist activities — such as patient handling in healthcare — require additional specialist training.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe's secure hosted checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported on compatible devices.
Is my personal data safe?
Yes. We use Clerk for secure authentication, Stripe for payments (we never see your card details), and Azure for storage — all enterprise-grade, GDPR-compliant services. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I do the course in multiple sittings?
Yes. Your progress is saved automatically. You can log out and return at any time — the course will resume where you left off.
Is the certificate accepted across all of Ireland?
The certificate is recognised throughout the Republic of Ireland. It is aligned with HSA guidance and the General Application Regulations 2007.
